318is versus 325is
Hi guys,
Sorry for the non Porsche material...but I didnčt want to go to the bmw boards..
I recently got offered a 1991 BMW 318is, blackonblack fully loaded 122k km certified, mint...for 4500$ CDN
But also got offered a 1987 325is white on black, 127k km, fully loaded, mint for
4500$ CDN.
What would you guys go for?
What are some of the pros and cons of each car? I know the 325is has a bit more hp...but anything else?

I like the look of the '91 better. The '87 will have the ugly metal bumpers still(changed in '88). With the 325 you get a sweet six with 30 extra hp and even more torque. The 318is as a sweet little car as well, I would judge them on their condition. If they are pretty equal I would go for the 325.

i have had both.They are quite different.318Is needs quite a lot revs 325 has more torque.318IS might be a little bit sportier.In europe both models have quite similar looks.318IS front spoiler lip is little bit better looking than the one installed in 325.
Still i prefer my 951 is much better than neither of the BMW's
