Post Touch-Up Paint

where is a good place to get touch-up paint in factory original colors? i have a couple of tiny spots that are chipped and might be starting to rust - i should probably cover them up huh?

Try an automotive paint supplier or try your local body shop.

The best place would be to try the dealer. I got some Guards Red which they ordered, then when I came to pick it up, they couldn't get it to register in the computer. After several tries, the parts guy gave it to me. Not much better deal than that.

The PO of my car gave me several cans of spray paint, he got it at one of those joints that can put 'any color in a spray can'. He used it on the nose of the car, it looks pretty good. Not as good as the original Porsche paint, obviously, but a whole lot nicer than the stone chips. Lots of shops can do this for you-- mix it and can it up. Then you can have fun messing with the engine bay and so forth, the parts that don't show.

its nice that the website has every color, but wow $20 (15+5) for a little bottle of touch up paint is expensive! i wonder what the Porsche Dealership charges if they even have the price in their computer yet!
