According to Craig, he can still read messages on the board.

I am still not totally convinced he was really banned, however the making out in a 944 thread is missing. From what I understand, only a moderator could have deleted an entire thread. Is this correct?

Also, I don't think he could have stayed quiet this long if he was not really banned. But you never know. An official confirmation would be really helpful.

Yes, only a moderator can delete a thread or close a thread or move a thread. To see the Moderators of any of the Forums, they are listed in the top left of the page for that forum...

I hate to argue with an Administrator but...if you are the original poster of a topic and you delete that topic it deletes the thread. If you attempt to edit the initial post in a thread this is what you will see:

Edit Post
Only forum leaders or the person that posted this message may edit or delete this message. Only registered users may edit/delete posts!
Delete Post? (check box, if yes)
Note: deleting this post will result in the deletion of the entire topic, since this post is the first post in the topic.
An individual can delete the topic if they started the thread.

Just thought you would all want to know.

So, the suspense is killing me... did he actually get banned by the Moderator?

And, did the "make-out" thread get deleted by the Moderator??

And, why is the "How NOT to Drive Your 944" thread not deleted by now... it fits the criteria, AND is probably the single most destructive thread I've seen lately... whomever is left standing must ask themselves: "Got Friends?"

Anyone out there have a TECH question???
