Post Sticky Clutch

At the end of my clutch pedal travel, after the clutch itself has engaged, the pedal has been stickly lately. It used to be completely smooth. It only happens when i'm moving and get back on the gas. Mainly when switching gears. It doesn't do it if I stay in the same gear and just press and release the clutch. It also doesn't do it stopped and in neutral.
I'm just wondering if this is an early sign of clutch trouble. Or is it just because it's starting to get cold? Thanks for any help.

not really sure but since no one else answered...
i would imagine that a clutch wouldn't stick becuase its cold but rather hot. Also how many miles does your car have?if its above 80 or so thousand than it might be the clutch starting to go. But i am not sure and am pulling all this outa my @...

Do you have to pull it back up with your foot?

I'm guessing you are losing your master and slave cylender. Have you noticed any leaks?

It's got 120,000 on it, and i don't know if the clutch has ever been done. I don't have to pull it up with my foot. The stickyness only occurs after the clutch has reengaged. (I press the clutch in, shift, start releasing the clutch, the clutch hooks up, and then the pedal is sticky.) I haven't noticed any leaks but i will check.

Mine did that and got worse and worse until I started having to pull it out with my toe under the pedel. I had to replace my clutch master cylinder. Sometimes its the slave cylinder.
