John, I haven't had an opportunity to check out whatever changes you've made to the 944 classifieds, but as a member (who is always on the prowl for a deal) I appreciate whatever changes you make for shopping convenience. (I still don't understand why members only saw 3 944 classsifeds, as opposed to ALL the pertinent ads...?)

As far as my earlier post mentioning charging a percentage on sales/purchases, well, I don't know why you WOULDN'T do that. I think it's a good idea at least...

 

SUCKS BIGTIME! I am usually either here or pelican and used to like the clasifieds here more. Now they both suck!...they should just link to ebay and get on with life

I've flamed the new format. Just thought I'd give you a thumbs up for the "upgrade" to the "public" section. It's much easier now that you've added categories i.e. car type.

Yep - I tried to add back as many categories in the "Parts" section as we did before - but I combined the 914 with the 911 (there weren't too many 914 parts in the old sections) and the 924-944 with the 928 parts (for the same reason)... Now - if we can get folks to add the right general categories - it should be MUCH simpler to Search as well (for example - try a Search on "911:" - and those who added "911:" to their ad category should pop right up automatically..!)

Anyway - thanks again for *almost* everyone's support and kind words ..!!!
