Hahah. Must be a natural progression from Z-cars, to StarQuests to Porsches

I moderate on Tristarion. I don't hardly visit SQC anymore, too much drama.

You'd probably recognize this pic of my car.

Wow!! i just read through five pages of mud slinging. I am not gonna try and voice my opinion, aside from: "where's the love?" As far as the camaro vs. 944, i had a 95 five spped 3.4 liter 6. The camaro had more torque, but couldn't turn for crap. I don't know the numbers, but as far as feel, when i open my 944 up on the highway, it just feels better, and i thought they were pretty close in pace. the camaro was faster off the line but who gives a poo, its a porsche. And you gotta love the p-cars!!

Jack,,Yes,,nice looking Figi Blue...I visit Tristarion sometimes but have been on Ryddlers site since 96..It sure is a trend.I owned 9 280ZX's,,and 7 Starquests so I know them like the back of my hand..I always loved the 944 so I finally decided to try my hand at one..And Im glad I did.Nothing beats the 80's era of cars with blistered body panels, staggered wheels, and RWD!!!Now we better stop the non Porsche talk before we get slammed..Seeya over at TriStarion..

To answer your first question Reeekeey... I did.

Now lemmmeee esssplain. It shows that the more things change the more they stay the same.

944 owners are an emotional bunch, especially if the sacred waterpumper is compared to anything else like and EVO, Z, Mullet ,etc.

This Craig guy seems pretty cool. Weird to think that he was 17 writing this, but now he's 28... Which is EXACTLY how old Rob Äss was when he was posting.

Like someone else said in this thread... just another example of how age doesn't always correlate with maturity

This thread started when I was in 2nd grade...was resurrected when I was in 5th grade...3rd go around 8 years later.

Neither Craig nor Rob seem like particularly compelling human beings. Just goes to show that internet forums can easily and quickly bring out the absolute worst of people.

I hope that us fellow 'listers can be inspired by this and keep our community clean.
