I have an early car so I will have to do the work twice. At least I will get some practice! It is ok just to braze these on? Or should I weld it up? Or maybe find a cheap spot welder....

I have one to sell if anyone is still interested. It's in perfect shape with no bondo as best I can tell. It was subject to a repaint at some point in it's life and is in better original condition than the one I had put on my car. Includes all 4 vents and will let it go for $275 + actual UPS Ground shipping.

The later ones are just held on with a few screws so they are not structural panels. You can probably use screws, braze, weld or pop-rivets. I used the later screws so that I can easily take it off if needed for access later. Up to you.
