FS: 1983 944 Track Build
For sale is my 1983 Porsche 944 track car build. This car is a very good start for a DE car or some SCCA racing, maybe some SOLO autocross. Car has good Bilstein suspension all around, lowered and set. Interior is stripped, has a pair of stripped doors with a window net, webbing is out of date. Throw some seats and belts in this car and you are ready to go. Lots more I'm forgetting I'm sure.
Good:
Bilstein Gas Sports Inserts all assembled on Bilstein strut housings
250lb 1in lowered Weltmeister springs
KLA Monoball Aluminum Upper Strut Mounts
New Control Arms
All Poly Bushings
New Balljoints
Bilstein Sport Shocks Rear
Lowered Eccentric Rear
Gutted Interior
Gutted Doors with door pulls and window net
Manual Steering
Manual Sunroof
Lindsey A/C Delete
Optima Battery
Issues:
The car was at my buddies shop for a few months. He was going to tackle the wiring for me and install a switch panel and gauges. Months later the car was unfinished and a kill switch was wired on the fender (not a great spot). Everything works as it should, gauges and lights, but the wiring is exposed. Tape it away and be done with it.
Car has an oil leak at either the oil pressure relief valve or the oil pressure sender, I have the gaskets just have yet to do the job. I was waiting to install an aftermarket oil pressure gauge to tackle the job.
The car runs well, good transmission, belt and WP was done 2 summers ago. I have alot of parts to go with the car to make a deal for example an autopower roll bar, tubular headers and straight pipe, braided brake lines, tow hooks ect.
Looking for $1500!!!! NEED GONE!!!
Call or text anytime 774-545-0110
NOT WILLING TO PART AT THIS TIME - Someone New England area scoop this up.
