Yeah Thad,
I had five stars last night. Sure enough there is another vote and one less star in my rating too this morning. Oh well.

Someone is being vendictive, perhaps they had a bad holiday or embarassed themselves at the big new years party...who knows.

Who ever administrates the database knows though.

I'll give you another rating. wipe your tears...

As far as the "new user = 1 star", I have two votes and a rating of one star. I haven't said anything offensive either. Someone must simply look for new users and start them out with one star.

You know unless you are on here just voicing a completely uneducated opinion on the mechanical workings of a porsche or blatantly harrassing others, there is really no need for demerits. If people can't respect the opinions of others, or can't handle criticism, then fine nock me (or anyone else) down a star or two if it makes you feel better, but really lets just grow up. And everyone that is disabling their ratings, I hate to say it, but you really aren't much better.

well there has certainly been some instances of the first, and more so of the second. I usually see demerits being given for the second, and also for irrelevant reasons. I say give them for the first only...

Thanks for the help, guys, but really there's no need. I've downgraded people before, usually for the wrong reasons (short-lived anger) and regretted it later, but whatever. What goes around came back. I only give 5's now and leave the dissin to others.

Here we go. It seems as if many have star complex. It really should not matter to you how many stars you have. The distressing part is that when you lose a star, you dont know who did it for what reason. That is why I disabled my rating, I would rather be confronted

Matt, I agree. I'm not concerned about stars either. I only give out 5s, Why give someone a bad rating? IF I say something someone doesnt like, chances are it was a mis-interpretation coupled with a brain fart on my part. (I'm a poet)

Got a problem...say something. If its valid, probably 10 other listers agree...right lads?

Thad:shame on you....<jk>
Rob:cheers!
