Default Rough Start 88' 924s

Sup guys, I have yet another question. My 924s starts up incredibly rough. After a few minutes it calms down a bit. Still a little rough (not too much) on idle. When I drive it's incredibly smooth. I've Replaced the temp sensor on the block, Cleaned the Throttle body ( still the original.) Replaced fuel injectors, and fuel filter. Ordered the DME relay so I'm still waiting on that. Anything else that might make it smooth on startup? The car seems to start the same regardless of weather temperature. Also, while I'm at it, can anyone recommend an Idea for the exhaust on my car? it's really loud and I'm not driving a honda civic for it to be making that noise :P. I'm going to see if I can temporarily patch up some of the holes on the exhaust until I can find something good and not incredibly expensive lol Thanks in advance!
