Post WTB 944 turbo with low miles

Must be a turbo or turbo "S" with less than 55k miles... I perfer red, white, or blue, interior does not matter if it looks new... The car needs to be in showroom condition.
Also I am not looking to spend over a million on one if you catch my drift but I will pay what the car is worth, nothing more (ie emotional attachements)
thanks guys,
-Phil 321-277-4739

One Woman Wanted. Must be perfect, knock the socks off everyone in the World at first glance, and some things I can't say in public. And she has to be willing to be a slave.

What a moronic post. Did your IQ test come out higher than body temp?

huh? uh whatever.. all's fair in love, war, and bizness. one must be pragmatic about this, so whatever you can find is fair, phil. there are no rules that say anyone has to have a set price (hi or lo) for anything.. this is after all, america, no? good luck in your search for a perfect '51. what you are asking for is what everyone is asking for...(i think prices are going up, btw.. hmm)

Hey Phil,
You should know that Porsche stopped making the 951 in the early 90's. They do make this car called the Boxter, though. I'm sure you could find one of those in perfect condition...at a Porsche dealership. Or, if that qualifies as 'over a million', maybe you should check out the Mazda Miata.
In reality, Phil, I think you're coming across very arrogant. Fact is, we all wish we had a 951 in 'showroom condition' and we all happen to have emotional attachments to our Porsche's.

if you were directing that "huh" comment at me deni, there are impossible dreams. Phil wants one. I used women as an example because it is pointed out rather quickly when you have stepped over the absurdity line in that area.

Look guys, throw me a bone over here! I mean I am just looking to buy a 951 and I figured I would post an add... I didnt mean to come across the wrong way. I think you guys, as in the ones who have been mocking me need to take a chill pill. As for the dumbass comment, thats original, not... I really dont mind it though... Also I didnt say a price, I just say what it is worth and I am sure people are willing to sell these things for what they are worth. example: One guy has an 87 with over 70k miles and he wants 17k, come on that is an emotional attatchment okay, we all know you can get a turbo "s" for that price, as for the boxster comment how about no!
thanks guys,
-Phil
p.s. I am sure everyone wants a car like this but not everyone has the $$$$$ if you know what I mean!

jeez guys, when did everyone here become so mean. Phil, i think you will have to pay 17-20k but if you look long and hard enough you should be able to find what you are looking for. as far as over a million, i too have seen 951's listed for 30-40k!! which is a little silly.

Another one of the unusual listings understating the miles in the up front statements.

Phil, I think you have unrealistic expectations but you know that also, in your heart. I actually have a 951S that would fit your wish list, outside of the fact that it is black. But I would have to be dead and buried for you to get it. I believe I'm not alone in this view.

I have a 951S that would fit your wishlist as well. And it's MINE all MINE! and it's white too Ok, it doesn't meet your wish list completely...it has 68k miles.
It needs a little bit of dent repair on the right door (very bad door ding) and the belts need to be replaced.

I searched for cars @ the following sites:
autotrader
cars.com
ebay...I dont think I'd buy a car off ebay...but I looked here anyway
Also a few others...but I can't remember them off hand. Edmunds and places like that typically don't have any 951's at reasonable prices as far as I remember.

But I actually found my car in the local Pennysaver. It was also listed at cars.com though.

You might also consider keeping an eye on Yahoo! classifieds. That's where I found my car -- and you can easily constrain the search to whatever your idea of "local" is.

The key, of course, is patience. I notice at first everyone was saying "you'll never find a car that nice" and now they're saying "well, actually mine's that nice, but I'm not selling!" One of the nice things about the marque is that some surprisingly well-maintained/low mileage examples come on the market at a fairly regular interval... you'll even occassionally see a true "garage queen" come along with almost no miles and the showroom stickers still in the windows. These are going to be significantly pricier than the the run-of-the-mill daily drivers, of course, but I think you indicated you're willing to pay fair market value.
