I would like to thank all the people that gave positive imput, as for all the guys that dont have anything nice to say you might as well just get a life! Also, yes they are out there, and like someone said you just have to wait, and if you never ask you will never know! I must say some of the guys on here need to grow up and stop being so childish. You act like I am stupid, just for your info I have owned a few Porsches, so dont think you know more about them than I do just because you have one sitting in your driveway! ...
thanks again and be nice, geese

Yo Phil, Keep looking..Dreams DO come true. My buddy just bought an 88 TS with 7400 original miles. You bet yer butt it's showroom. 24K$, and worth every penny. (remember, it was $49K 7400 miles ago!) Way to go Brad!
They are out there..

ice: no, that was for the original poster of this post.. (guess i need to communicate better)
i just think that the what phil said may have sounded like it was insulting our intelligence a little (telling us what we already know), that's why we all sounded a little rough. no harm done. i just think to externalise it is one thing, and to actully *internalise" it (to wait, search, figure it out, and lay down tha $$) is another thing entirely. the written word can be tough without the human elements (gestures, tone)to accompany our thoughts.
..just a thought from another p-car guy.

I am not insulting anyone I think I was insulted by everyone who posted something about how I was crazy and how I am not going to find the car I want for a good price or something along those lines. I just wanted to add I have got some positive responce to my WTB add and it may have found me a car that I am looking into buying. Someone e-mailed me about a 86t with 34k miles and he says it looks like new and it also has the performance chips and 17in C2 wheels and tires for somewhere in the ~13k range which I think is fair if the car is what he says it is. What do you guys think?
just give me some credit I am just looking for a car, dont get all mad about it,
