whats the spec's on those phone dial's? they look RAD! mine are just the "understated" 15x7's.

Yes, are those phone dials 16's? Are they re-finished? If so, how were they done. If by some chance they are 15's, are they stock size tires?

They are 15x7's with Dunlop SP Sport 8000, 225/50Z15 and they haven't been refinished.
