Personally, It sounds like more work than it's worth. I like my 951's look, but I like the NA front end as well.

Just in case it's not clear to you from the thread Thaddeus referenced, the factory Turbo front bumper cover / valence is not a bolt-on fit for the na cars; the front edge of the fenders is very different between Turbo & na, so the parts don't match up.
Not sure if you could do it by bolting on the Turbo fenders or not, but hopefully someone can shed light on this...
Jim, where's the coffee??? ???

Rubber Nose
Aluminum Supports
Both Front Fenders
Header Panel
All Lighting
Usually, the lights alone can be between $500 and $1000. The rest of the parts are usually between $1000 and $1500. I have seen all of these prices in classifieds and on Ebay.
Instead of "posing" as a turbo, look at the front end on Fiberwerks site. www.fiberwerks.com

I thought of doing this same thing when the body shop told me that my faring was junk as well as my right fender. IMHO, don’t get sucked into the whole turbo look. The car you drive is in a class all its own. Ahead of most all out there on the street but “Let’s face it” Not going to compete with a turbo with out updating the car for as much or more money that it would cost to actually buy a turbo model. I personally decided to stay away from the turbo look for that very reason and my n/a will be pushing 200 hp by the time all the mods are done. SO what did I do you might ask? I went with the fiberwerks version with the side vents. This is going to give my car a very unique look and not make it look like I am pretending it’s a turbo. I Say, be proud of what you own and make it as unique as possible with out putting on a turbo mask. Hey just my opinion you are entitled to do what you want. In order to do the change over you will need fenders, bumper cover and the lights, also you will need the hose for the washers if you get them on your upgrade and a few more parts. All told including paint if you buy reasonable parts will be in the 2-3 k range and well you will have a car that looks like a turbo. Oh you can get a turbo emblem for the back from partwerks for about 25-30 bucks then you can really put on a show. I will be getting my car back in 14 days and counting . I cannot wait to get it back!!!! I will post pics as soon as I have it and can get some good digital pics on my 5 MP camera for all to see. I am also going to have the mirrors and door handles updated to the 968 style because I like them and the mirrors are more aerodyne than the flags I have now. In any case I believe that my car will be unique and very attractive with out trying to mimic the turbo look.

Yeah, so instead of posing as a 951 you can pose as something else!
Actually, I like the 951 look much better than the NA front too. I just wouldn't want to have to say to someone admiring my "Turbo" that, "Oh, it's not REALLY a Turbo...I just made it look like one."
On a different scale (of course) it strikes me like the guys that make 912's look like 993's or some such crap.

I'm doing this conversion soon, and it's not to look like a turbo or an S2. I just like the look and think it's cleaner, IMHO (I hate those black rubber bumpers). This is the same reason I am going to put a euro rear bumper on it as well. I would never tell anyone it's a real turbo (or euro), for fear of having to "put my money where my mouth is" .
Porsche is doing the same thing with current models, just take a look at the Carrera 4S in the latest Excellence mag.....

on the same subject, on some 944 there a little "bump" type thing on the front bumper, but on some 924 there are fog lights, is there a way i could make a conversion to the fog lights from the caps or bumps
