Theres a guy selling ultra maxx chips for the 944S2 on ebay. Is it worth $50, or am I wasting my time?

I looked for the chip, but did not see the ad. I guess that the bidding had ended by the time I read your post. I tried looking the chip up on the Internet and did not find anything (I did find a lot of information on hard drives, however).

From what I understand the thing to be careful of when replacing your stock chip is to make sure that the car is not lean. Might be hard to tell without an air/fuel gauge hooked up to the car.
