For those of you that signed up and picked to have your 944Fest T shirts sent out ahead of time, they should be heading your way in about 14 days.

944Fest 2013 is only 2 months away now so start making your plans to attend with caravan groups from the different regions.

We would also like to welcome Lart on as a new sponsor for this year. He has agreed to supply the event with all kinds of cool stuff for the door prize table including a polished cam housing, fuel line kits and some heavy duty power steering tensioners. I think most of you guys know who lart is already but for more information visit www.944fest.com and click on the "Larts Performance Parts" sponsor banner at the bottom of the page.

Visit www.944fest.com to register for the 944Fest, See you there!

My military course in North Little Rock got canceled so maybe, just maybe, I may actually make it this year. Fingers crossed.

Travis,

The shirt looks great. You got me hooked on black 944 T shirts. I am looking forward to the Fest after missing last year's event.

Probably a silly question but, do you have to bring your P-Car to participate in the poker run? Not sure I want or can make the 1000 round trip in mine.

Not a problem at all. Bring what you have. No one is out there to prove anything, just to have a good time with other 944 guys no matter what you roll up in.
You are welcome to participate in all the events, even on track if you want to. Every year we seem to have a few last minute "substitutions" for the DE on Friday. You will fit right in.

Hey guys - just got back from Mid-Ohio and am now turning my sights on getting ready for 944Fest. This should be similar to last year in that Porsche of Beachwood is once again the title sponsor for the whole event (944Fest + the weekend DE) and will be sponsoring the Saturday evening dinner again. Last year we had a steak dinner with several kegs of beer and about 170 people were there. This year we will be looking to go bigger - more food, kegs of beer and more people.

If you are going to do the track event, don't forget to signup on clubregistration.net. We had record turnout for the Friday track portion last year and I am hoping we can drop the same this year.

No 944 yet but I'm going to try to get there.

Do people have cars for sale there ever?

Awesome! Glad to hear you are going to make it out again this year.

Got the lanterns on order, T shirts should be done first of next week and the trophies are underway. It's hard to imagine the Fest is right around the corner. It sneaks up on you.

Thanks, but I do not think the Town Car would be a big hit on the track.

I know it would be a new experience for both driver and instructor...

Crazier things have happened at the Fest.

Glad you are going to try to make it out there no matter what your in. See you there!
