So, one of my timing belt rollers is bad... Replace just the bad one or all of them..? 
all the rest seem just fine, they work good and we've regreased them...

If you can afford it do all of them, when I did my belts last I ran out of money and just replaced the one that was bad. So I'm doing the belts again with all new rollers this summer. Best to be safe, since I know you and I both DD our cars.

It's a late car roller set so all but one are usable. Just had to buy one at $35 (happened to be the one that was bad)
