Starter replacement time?

Can anyone tell me how long it usually takes
for a professional mechanic to replace the
starter on a 1989 944-S2?

So, a garage that wants to charge 2 hours
is overcharging I guess. How about a parts
price of $295? I see it at thepartsbin for
$215.
