Post Has anyone ever experienced this?

The last couple of days it's been pretty hot here in L.A., anyways my 86 944n/a is parked in the garage all day long and it gets very hot in there (the garage I mean), and so when I went to start it, it wouldn't start right away, it took a couple of turns of the key but after it did it was fine after that..........this happened two days in a row. Does this sound familiar to anyone, I'm thinking it has something to do with the extreme heat in the garage......I'll have to find a way to vent it out through the up coming summer months.

Engine temp sensor may cause this, as well as perhaps fuel pressure at the rail. This is from memory (it's been a few months since I read any motronic books), but I'm sure it has no bad effects, or long term damage possibility, so I wouldn't worry about it.

Does the car re-start fine, after running/parking for less than an hour?
