For those of you that I met at the Sunoco Station outside Lake Wales yesterday while enroute to Sebring... it was nice to met you and thanks for letting me convoy down with you. Hope all returned safely.

Elliott, I had no idea you were there. We were camping at the track over the weekend and saw the caravan heading to the track when we went to refuel the Jeep. Then we saw the cars lined up at Turn 3 on Saturday. Great to see all the 944s down there. What car were you driving? Sorry I missed talking to you.

Hey Mike! Sorry we missed each other last weekend! I was just driving my dad's 5-series bmw, since I didn't have a 944 in town. I recently moved out of state to Athens GA. It would have been good to catch up with you!

Who was the 944 hauling the golf cart? I was driving back to the track when they passed me going into the entrance of the track was laughing my butt off.

 

Ahhh, I wouldn't have thought to look for a 5-series. We were in a red Wrangler and spent a bit of time at Turns 3 and 5, before the race was black flagged. Great shots on your thread.
