Default 951 running high temp...kinda

im having some trouble with my water temp. its pretty cool out and i drive highway a lot so my temp stays at the 3rd line on the temp gauge, but sometimes when i turn my car off and just turn the ignition on without car turning on the temo ends up being tad bit below the half and it stays that way when i turn it on but when i start driving it goes back up and sometimes when i floor it temp goes back down. i have bad motor mounts and my dash shakes pretty bad. what do you guys think the problem is, i changed the DME sender unit and the gauge sender unit on the head of the engine

This is where my temp is at all the time sometimes it goes down while I'm driving
i wired my fan to be on all the time with the ignition under the fuse box. will that cause my temo gauge to read high cause thats when the fan usually go on?
when i pop my hood to check everything out after driving everything sounds fine and looks good, its its pretty cool under the hood

if I were you, I'd bench test my thermostat. If the temp is stable, but higher than average, it may be opening later than intended.
