Motor Mounts from AutoAtlanta?
I got some new MM's from Autoatlanta off eBay against my better judgement, but I talked to them first to confirm they were (as advertised) "OEM". They just arrived in Meyle wrappers, made in Germany, with the word "original" prominent. Has anyone else used these? Can someone confirm they are as OEM? Price was attractive but 4x the cost of Uro-trash.

They are not genuine Porsche parts and I cannot say a good word about AutoAtlantic. Good luck trying to get your money back from George.
Sunset Porsche sells genuine at 20% above cost and they are the real deal with a 2-year factory warranty.
imo Deutsche Parts, URO, Meyle are all aftermarket trash.

The Meyle MMs are mid range quality.
Junk=URO and Deutsche Parts
Mid range=Meyle -----about $100 a pair on ebay (2 sellers)
Quality = Rein=Porsche OEM alternative supplier but now NLA unless NOS
Top of the line=Porsche OEM from dealer or dealer price on ebay.
You should get a couple/few years from the Meyle mounts before you notice a tiny idle vibration.

I've had some back-and-forth with someone at AA (via eBay). They have convinced me that Meyle is the OEM supplier to Porsche, and that they have the hydraulic features same as original. They also offered a complete refund, BTW. Comparing the Meyle to originals, the only differences I see are electro-galvanized steel vs chromated, and the lack of Porsche p/n's cast in the rubber. All aspects are otherwise identical, to a very detailed level. I'm giving them a try.

Rein was the OEM supplier not Meyle and Meyle are solid rubber not hydraulic. AutoAtlanta are full of sh#t as usual.
Original or Rein mounts have a porsche part number on them and a little triangle with a porsche "P". Only difference is on the Rein's the "P" is rubbed off. The Meyle have a number like 414.375.000.1 which is not a Porsche part number. Original part number starts 944.375.... and the mounts are hydraulic.

Just know that you will not get the same longevity out of Meyle as you would with original Porsche. There are many posts on the different forums that speak to this.
I don't particularly care for purchasing parts from AA, they seem to be quite slow to ship and their shipping charges are higher than most vendors.

I just received these mounts. I also received Meyle so I could really inspect them carefully. There are subtle differences. The Meyle comes beautifully packaged in sealed boxes. The REIN were thrown in a box with the mfg. name in the rubber sanded off.
After careful inspection, I see the REIN (if they are REIN) may be better and I'm going to keep them.
Both had the same silver finish, but the rubber mount seems to be mfg better on the supposed REIN.
So....I'll take the chance. Especially since I wanted REIN and the price was too good to be true...2 for $80...uh oh...you know what they say about prices being too good to be true? This time I may be the sucker...

Interesting too that eBay has pulled the ad, it isn't just expired. I wonder if they are counterfeit parts??

I bought a pair shortly after you...and it said 1 available. It might be why it was removed.

The factory MM should look like this. If the P is ground off the 951 part number should at least still be there. If there is no part number I would toss them. Buying cheap mounts just one time was enough for me to not go down that road again.
