Montreal Late Fall Meeting
#121
Sounds good in principle but still a lot of crap on the roads. Hoping to get to the ground school again, this year it is usually fun (racing in the snow??). Fired up the 911 today, perhaps the 951 tomorrow. :-)

Impossible for me. I'm in the process of changing the oil pan gasket and rod bearings. But I discovered today that I'm doing this for nothing, it's actually leaking from the crankshaft pulley. The job is doing ok, but what's taking so long is waiting for all the parts and tools. Worst job I ever did on the 951. Way worst than a simple turbo change

Well spring has sprung.
Anyone interested in a cruise or something? Morning blast to somewhere or other?
Actually saw a white S2 cab last week driving on St jean. Spoiler on the back and 18" wheels. Was on my bike. First time I have seen another cab in Montreal when not at some sort of a Porsche gathering. Anyone know the car / Owner.

Usually I am all in, but the long winter made me put off getting my car on the road and in a month I leave on vacation till mid July, so it's not really worth activating the plate and the insurance before I leave.
But in July... and l'd like to finally get the 928 on the road again (it is currently looking very sad in the garage covered with dust.),
