so I have 1983 944 and I need to put the alternator down to AC. I have the material but it would help if someone could post the dimension bolt to bolt, side to side.. of an aftermarket ac delete bracket like lindsey's does...

Can't you just measure the hole spacing on the factory bracket you just took off? Use transfer punches or something...
