Chopped it off.

My next issue: trying to remove the rear suspension. I have all the bolts but one removed. The bolt from the drivers side control arm to body. I have the nut off but can't seem to get the bolt to come out. I have tried heat, pb blaster, and an impact. It won't spin at all. Any ideas?
