Ok, since we're having fun guessing, here's another thought...

The fuse box is right there under the hood next to the windshield, eh? Maybe you got water in the fuse box and it got in the most blamed relay in history, causing sporadic behavior.

If the car doesn't start, it should be easier to find out why it isn't happy.

So I finally found the problem.
ECU connection, full of wet gunk.
Used a air compressor to remove all the gunk, replugged it, and the car started one shot, broom!
I don't understand why I complicate my life like this sometimes.... at least I'm glad I found it.

I seem to remember suggesting you check the ECU for water damage months ago when you first started this ! I'm not the only one either so I can't understand how you didn't check this properly before given that the problem started after a car wash

Glad its running again anyway
