I'm in Tucson and I wouldn't drive down to SV, where it is!

If I could use the Fuchs, it would still be overpriced.

Well, I texted the seller, he went down to 1200 in less than a day. Im pretty sure he'd take $800... It wouldnt be a bad idea to restore it if it really does have 45k on the title...

Very true.

It is possible though that the odometer quit back in about 1986 too.

But I believe as you that it is just a neglected car that should have by all rights had a better life. A damn shame.
