I did mine with a kit from Rob Budd, it came out very nice an isn't that hard to do.

what came in the kit? Just the leather cut, or was it creased in certain areas? I'm thinking about grabing some vinyl leather from a shop and an old dash and playing around with it. I would love to be able to make a custom dash...
