Default Buff out or repaint?

Opinions? Car looks like it was scraped by another vehicle. Vehicle was not in my possession when it happened. The shop said they would take care of it - but I'd like it done right.

If you can catch it with your nail, reprint. If not buff.

Can't tell if those scratches are through the paint from photos. As a compound polish/refinisher for Porsche/Audi, I do know that we take that type of damage out of cars by 3M machine compound as it looks to be mostly white paint transfer from the other vehicle. If these are scratches that have cut right through the paint, then the white color would be primer... (not so good.) I just have a feeling that the majority of this impact is mostly paint transfer as the white continues onto the stoneguard, but the stoneguard is not broken from the scrape. No more than 10-15 mins to 3 stage machine buff entire area and produce a 99% restore! ...Just a hint in case you are seeking an estimate from a qualified buffer. They should have you back on the road before you finish chattin' up the receptionist.
