Default Rear Lift Point - "Jack Socket"

Rear lift points on my 951 are mangled. Spooked to put on my new lift this way. Fortunately, they have a bolt passing through them and are replaceable. Some research turned up this part number:

951 501 083 00 - Jack Socket

I'm referring to the ones that are between the center of gravity diamond stamping and the rear wheel, along edge of rocker, hidden in the plastic underbody trim.

Where can I get new ones? How much are they?

Thanks
Mike
