Had the common plastic clip break which gave me "Hot" air all the time. Replaced it and now even when set at full cold it will cycle to "hot" again once every 2 minutes or so. Very annoying. Seems like the flap is opening and then closing all on it's own.

Could the rod just need adjustment? If so which way should I move it? Or is the climate control sensor dirty or wacky?

Anyone else have this problem before?
