You know I acutally read that article on that lambo a few years ago, I seriously considered doing something simular to a car but it's too much work lol.

You should try some old school "testor" model paint.........here is an idea you'll probably do much better than I did but they look good from 5 feet and cost me about $10.00.

What is the white snotty-looking stuff you used as a mask? (edit - is that just tape?) I've heard of using something called "art gummi" but when I found it at the hobby store, it was outrageously expensive and didn't appear to be the right product.

those do look very nice Scott, I think I'll give that a shot. I actually have a bunch of model paint here, the wifey bought me some models for Christmas and I haven't even messed with them (70 mustang, 69 Nova).

I tried a paint pen the first run and it just didn't work well for me so I think the Testors will be a lot better.
