I have Delrin bushings in the front control arms. One of them sqeaks like crazy. Any suggestions to quiet it down?

Thx.

Ha... I replaced all the rubber with delrin when I did the torsion bars on mine and every time those things wet from rain or washing they squeak like an old wagon for days , regret using those things!
I just spray them with a silicone lube and that quiets them down a bit

Delrin needs grease to stop the squeaking and the best grease for Delrin is this stuff:

Thx MAGK944. I'll try that. of course I bet that means I will need to take the control arms off and pull the bushings in order to get the grease in there. Or is there an easier way with everything on the car?

That grease is the stickiest grease I have ever seen. I use it on all my delrin or poly bushings and it works great.

It is very very sticky stuff, get it on your hands and it takes a lot of scrubbing to remove. Robstah is right though, it will wash off eventually and needs to be reapplied. I do it once a year. Removal of the bush is nessecary but easy, one bolt.

I have these on my race car. I can't hear a peep from them, but I did grease them good before installing.

Of course part of that is due to my rear poly graphite bushing make so much noise in the rear I can't hear the fronts. Thank god it is a race car.
