Default fogs lights stopped working

my car is an 85.5. my fog lights stopped working recently. I tried a new relay and a new fuse and they still don't work.

when I turn the switch on the switch lights up still. I was thinking that it is highly unlikely that both fog lights burnt out at the same time.

what else could it be?

guess i'm going to have to jack it up when I have time and check out the wiring.

the switch lights up so it's getting power, that's all I know right now.

seems strange how it stopped working all of a sudden ant it wasn't the fuse or relay.

Oops. Just re-read your post and you tried a new fuse.

Check the voltage at both ends of the fuse with the switch on. It should be 12V. If not, then bad fuse. You should be able to hear the relay closing when you turn the switch. If it's not the relay or the fuse, then it's wiring.

My vote. Also have a spare bulb to test.

Don't automatically rule out the bulbs, I had both go out in a 1/2 hour drive before.
