Not me, but I was just thinking about pinging him on it.

Someone suggested to my wife that I should try hillclimbs, and I'm sure as **** not going to do it in a pristine 951 with 60k on the clock!

I don't know.. the 951 has a chance to climb a hill.. not sure a 100hp 924 can

Pretty much what I was looking for: something that I could get cheap and completely tear down and rebuild. I'd feel guilty doing that to a decent vintage Porsche!

you could spend $15 k on fixing up that car only to see it's value increase by $2,100.

that's why you buy an old 911 instead. case closed.
