Default start problems if parked on a angle

1983 944 - i have starting problems when I am parked on a decline or incline (like a drive way angle).. It starts up great even when its -10 below!

If I am parked on a decline or incline it just cranks and cranks with no start. If I push the car on a level surface it starts up!! Yesterday, I didn't have a level surface so I pushed and popped the clutch into 2nd and started right up?!

I am confused... Fuel or spark problem? I would say fuel pressure affects angle of car... maybe...?

I changed the DME... The video I uploaded is my car, at the end it gets started up.. You can see it starts and sounds smooth..

THANK YOU for any advise!

Atleast you know how to induce the problem

Put it on an incline and test for spark and all the other factors
