After looking at the pics and info from A.I.R. I'm actually leaning towards picking up one. Seems a good fit at least for my car. I agree with J1NX3D. With the 931 front end and the euro bumper it's somewhat GT or GTS "ish" anyway.

I like the look I just wonder if the down force the wing may add is not negated by the drag it creates .....I have been toying with the idea

I like the look as well. And since I wont be racing the car anytime in the near future then the argument regarding how well it performs on the track is a moot point for me. If the factory engineers didn't think it provided some benefit on a road car at highway speeds (or higher ++) I don't think they would have put it on the GTS.

Contacted TonyG, he has a mould and is making a piece for me. Since he's taking the mould to the shop he's willing to make additional pieces if anyone is interested. I put a thread in the for sale forums here:

I think it was, need clarification on that though. Seen it on a couple of 944's and it looks the part. Here are a couple more pics, it's not my car, fellow Rennlister i think, sure he won't mind me showing such a great machine.

Is this the GT Racing Lemans 924 wing? It looks fantastic on this car painted flat black.

No it's not the GT Racing version, I think we figured out that this one was a factory option on the 937. So it's a genuine Porsche part.

I was looking too but your searching skills are better than mine. Nice find, glad we worked this out. Love that wing!

Thank you, his is the "Gurney" GTS style which is slightly more subdued. The Le mans version was a little more aggressive looking and to my knowledge, GT Racing is the only one offering a replica of this.

968 is gonna look so awesome on your car! I'd like to backup a few posts however, and ask if anyone has a straight on side view of the le mans spoiler (GT racing or factory) on a 944.
