Default 944 S2 Option Codes from VIN

I'm currently deployed, and am ordering/collecting parts to rehabilitate a 90 944 S2 Coupe.

I need the option codes for it so i can buy things like new brake pads, but i wanna be 100% on the fitment.

I've been looking online and cant seem to find somewhere to run the VIN for the option codes. Maybe someone on here can help? Thanks.

You need a person back home to read the options sticker located under the carpet, in the hatch, close to where the license plate would be (back panel, center). Option Code Sticker! Then you just get #s, so you need to look those up (easy to find that list).

You cannot decipher option codes from a VIN but a dealer can tell you what option codes it came with. Or, get someone to take and send you a picture of the options sticker under the hatch carpet between the rear lights.

I think on the 90 S2 the only option on the brakes is M030, otherwise they are stock/standard one size.

No Problem!

I got it from Auto Atlanta, although you need to be a customer with a number these days to run a VIN.
