Ok, i just finished replacing stripped gears on my sunroof the strippin has been caused by the drive dog that engages the limit switches os disconnected from the drive cable. Ive been lookin all over and maybe my terminology is wrong but i cant find this part anywhere.

Sorry only just saw this again as i came up with a short term solution. What i was looking for is the white plastic piece that connects to the cable at the late sunroof motor its kindof a rounded triangle with a spring set leg attatched to it that also is threaded by the cable, the part that broke is the smaller bit o plastic on the top that the cable has a small screw securing it. It is what activates the limit switches i temporarily fixed it by drilling a hole a little lower than where the actual port for the cable was. Did this after i saw a few suppliers say it was no longer bein manufactured. Then i found one shop that still has it here http://www.stuttgartclassicparts.com..._p_137310.html
