will rennbay racing belts last longer than the oem's?

hi and happy crimbo,
i have just been perusing the rennbay site and have noticed the racing belts! my question is :- will they still want swapping after three years/30,000mls as they are uprated ?

Yes, they will but Gates can't (or won't) say that in opposition of the factory recommendations.
The fact is they are made beyond the standards of the 100k mile belts found on almost every new car today.
Most people are running them to the 80k mark and doing rollers at the same time, skipping the "belt only" change point, myself included.

The BS belt doesn't appears to be kevlar, so mustn't you change that belt anyway?

True, you should change the BS belt in the middle but its in front, thus it can easily be swapped without ever having to touch the timing belt (the important one).
