Default FS / FT: 944 Turbo - Charlotte, NC

I picked up this as a temporary daily driver while I searched for a station wagon (odd that it is easier to find a 944 turbo, than it is to find a Volvo 850R). So now that I have my wagon it is time one of my 951s to go, and given that my 87 still isn't running, I think it is going to be easier to sell this one.

I would rather mention the issues first, because this car is a driver and thats what I would want a buyer to expect:
- Faded paint, most noteable on the roof and one of the 1/4s (Roof Has Been Fixed)
- A few dents
- No bat wings or under trays
- Dark blue seats front and rear, rest of the interior is black or faded black (aka blue) (Hatch Carpet Replaced, still faded but much nicer)
- Unknown Mileage, and only partial document history (head work, and a clutch back in 2001 being the largest repairs).
- Suspension is soft, but very liveable (I can install a M474 Sport Suspension into the car if the buyer wants, but that would be for a little extra money)

The good
- It is a 944 Turbo, and the motor pulls strong
- MSD ignition
- Electrics all work
- Converted to manual sun roof
- AC and Heat work
- Radio with iPod input
- Solid daily driver, or project

I am asking $5,300 or best offer, and I would be willing to take a 924S as a partial trade (Want to do a 924 GTS Tribute car as a long term project)

A few people are interested, but no one seems to be local.

This is the only picture I currently have with the Cup wheels mounted up, will take more at some point in the not so distant future.

I hope you get what you are asking. Looks like a decent car. Just needs a bit to sort out. I would maybe take some pics of the faded paint.

I'd buy it if it were RHD.

Silly Cont. US drivers with your LHD Cars.

Cup wheels sold, so the MSWs are the only wheels that come with the car (there are a set of Fuchs in the garage, but those would be a serious premium over the asking price).

This a nice straight car for someone looking for a car to fix up or enjoy.

If it we can get a day with good sunlight I will try to get some pictures of the roof to show the paint issues, but I wanted to grab one of the dents in the drivers side fender so that is below, plus a few of the interior.

Some more pictures, the nose (with rock chips), the roof and drivers quarter (with clear issues), and the rear (with some bad touchup work).

Trying to show all the faults, but don't forget she drives great, I have been driving this car to work and it is a perfect commuter. Open to offers, but please be resonable.

UPDATED PRICE - $5,300

I put up a local Craigslist posting, and have had a few inquiries at that price.

How much cash would you expect on top of a very clean 924S?
