I've got the fancy Bosch wipers on my car now, but the wobble back-and-forth. Seems like every time I've bought wipers for my 924S or 944 Turbo, the metal arms on the car are slightly narrower in width than the plastic connector on the wipers. This makes the wipers wobble as they wipe back and forth... it's annoying.

My springs must be getting old too because they are having a tough time keeping the long 1-piece wiper flat on the windshield. These new style wipers have so much spring in them, they want to lift off the windshield in the center. Maybe a new set of arms is in order...

Naw. You just need a set of them thar double blades. Remember those back in the 90's? You can even bling the car out by getting gold or silver ones!

Seriously though. I bought a set of Reflex blades, and I have had no issues with them. I also regularly use rainX. Sometimes I don't even need to turn the wipers on.

I've always had good luck with PIAA silicone wipers. They wear well and fit my 924s just fine...

Interesting, refills are not a problem to find.

I hear good things about the rain-x and bosch for our cars.

I'll probably go with Bosch or Oem next time around. (the drivers side will make a little noise on low speeds, passenger isn't a problem. Go figure)

I have noticed that too. Can you order just the springs?

I got Bosch "Steel Tech" in 20" at Walmart. Includes some adapters but fit very well with the prefitted adapter. Really feels very secure on the wiper arm and is super quiet and has a nice look. Was around $8.00 each. Couldn't be happier.

The" Rain X Premium" fit perfect and they also are probably the best wipers I've used. They are $8.99 at Walmart(in a blue package). Oh, I've been running this model for a few years and they have never failed me. Even at high speed, they just stay planted.

$8! I don't think I could get dollar store wiper blades that cheap! Go to the local Canadian Tire store. $20-$30 Maybe a bit less for crappy no name brand.

Doesn't look like this was mentioned above. I've noticed that with bosch wipers that two of the adapters "fit" but only one fits tightly. The other fits just well enough that it's not obvious they're not right until you can see them wobble during use.

I've also noticed that a number of other brands don't include the right adapter. They frequently have the one that almost works and can fool you into thinking they're ok.
