Default Air Oil Seperator Bolts

I am replacing the seals on my air oil seperator. Its been a while since I took it apart... IT just does not seam to line up for the third bolt (closest to the firewall).

On the third bolt, does the ground hraness clamp go between the head of the bolt and the AOS or the AOS and the engine block...I just wnat to make sure..

Thanks
