And with his beady eyes, mutton chop sideburns, tribal face tats and general strung out appearance, Cole does look a lot like a drug dealer..... ;-)

(Sorry I couldn't resist!)

The thing that irritates me are the damn speeder cameras. One of my wet-dream ideas is to come up with a way to make a small laser (somehow embedded in the license plate mounting) that would scan over a portion of the plate foiling the exposure of the film in the camera. Just a little f-me, f-you justice.

And yes, I've been stopped for no front plate too - and I remember that every time I see some kind of appeal for more police budget....Bruce

I agree with you and will take Colorado over Georgia any day, but i have would rather mount a lot of things before I mount your plate.

the plate in your picture looks like *** because it is mounted wrong. It should be lined up with the top of the middle piece and the bottom hangs down less than a half inch. I have the poster from 86 on my wall that I am using as a reference.

It should look like my old S2 did when it was in Colorado which looks like this:

My friend has a personalized plate on the back and ordered a european plate with the same words on the front and has never been pulled over for it. He does have the real plate in the car and said he will put it in the window if he does get pulled over. Why do we need a front plate anyway I have never been chased from the front . In Quebec no front plate needed .Spoils the looks .

In Colorado the Euro plate is still illegal, even if the same numbers at the rear. The plate in the window is also illegal. Must be "permanently mounted to the front of the car"
