Agreed on this, I had similar issues after replacing the head and it turned out to be that the timing belt was off by one tooth.

Power seems fine so I don't think the timing is off but I can check if I get the motivation to go to its storage spot and take a look.

i would love to get, in act i think i spoke to you about it right before you put it into storage last yr. timing is bad tho, may be getting a new job and needing to move and have nowhere to park a project.

i know a guy who might be interested, i'll ask him tomorrow

So a little update. Car is still for sale. I also fired it up today and it does run. The vibration seemed to go away once the engine warmed up, so I'm thinking it may be more due to the stiffer aftermarket engine mounts then the a chance the balance belt is off.

I think the only big reason I wouldn't buy this car if I were in the USA is to prevent you from becoming another civic racer.
