Thanks a lot guys.

Billy - Yeah it has come along pretty good. Of course there are things to do too.

PJ - Hey how about that. 2 of 3 is pretty good. In my case I think I just had what the judges were looking for this weekend.

Tkr - Porsche OEM Fuchs that came on the car. I agree I think they look just right on the 1980's cars. Man I liked the 80's then. And now !

With a new suspension under the car, and a new clutch down the road , and a which it does not need yet ( I hope ), and a few other bits, I will almost have a new car again but with 91,000 miles on it.

But you know how it goes, there is ALWAYS something to do on these cars.

That is a gorgeous Jag! I wasn't expecting it to be a coupe, that's even better. When I was a Junior in HS one of my buddies conned his dad into buying a brand new red XK-E roadster. They are just unbelievably beautiful cars, and sound better than any other car I have heard. Naturally my buddy thrashed the crap out of it, but hey, he sure got laid a lot...

Yeah I would be feeling pretty good, and lying like a big dog , if I even thought I could beat that car. He was in another class though. But if I had to take second to that Jag, it would not be bad at all.

I might get another Porsche like a 930, or even a regular 911, if I ever get my 951 completely finished . Like that ever happens. If one of those Jags in that condition was for sale it would be very tempting.

But then again maybe it wears off it you have one of them. I would like to see though. Any time my wife and I went someplace nice uptown I would be rolling in that big boy. At least I think I would. Folks tell me they drive great, when they arent broke down. Hmmm.... I been there already !

Ugh my 951 has the same color scheme interior ... I wish it looked 5% as nice as yours. And that red. Damn.

Very nice!
