Default Engine install

I will be installing a newer motor into my 85 this weekend.

i am going to put it in through the bottom and am wondering if it is worth taking the front valace off so i dont have to lift the car quite so high.

Any reason this is a bad idea and if so whats the best way to go about this,

Thanks

Taking out the valence, rad, and lower rad support will make it much easier. Set the engine down on a sheet of cardboard to slide it out.
