Well finally got my car together and the local PCA had a section reserved. You can see those pics here. I finally installed the rear seats and new head unit yesterday and got it ready to go. I am a little dissapointed because I ordered a 968 Club Sport coin tray and mat about 4 weeks ago from Sunset Porsche and was told that it would be here about 2 weeks ago. Well the coin tray came in but the mat didn't get there until this last Tuesday so I had to use my old busted console. Also had to delete a few pics because all you could see was th glare after the sun came out. Oh well. Here's my car and at the bottom is an '87 Turbo that 16k original miles. Looks almost brand new. The owners said they'd probably drive it another year or so and sell it when the market came back up. They also had a '92 964 turbo with 14k miles.
Added today is a picture of what the interior should have looked like with my CS coin tray and mat.

I like everything you have done so far. Looking good.
Is that net in the back aftermarket or did it come from Porsche with the car?
Did they give out awards? Did you get one?

All the cars were parked like that. The dealership also brought a Panamera later. Thanks for the complements guys. It's got a few things left and then I'm done. Maybe! Konis this winter and some tent. Then maintenance, timing belt ect this winter.

You mean how all the 911s don't have front plates? I said something about that too. I didn't have one on my 85 I had and never got pulled over.
Or the blurred out plates that I did on photobucket?

Sorry for all the posts. Not sure how to copy and paste of my gf's mac.
Not sure about the net. I get asked that on here all the time. I have no idea how to tell if it's Porsche or not. It's got a yellow tag.
They did do awards but all the PCA cars were display only.
Front speakers fit fine. I'd like to get some grills though. The PO had installed them but I of course had to remove them to swap the matching door panels. And the grills were hot glued to the speakers and thy broke
The seats are fantastic. Front sport seats, matching rear seats and door panels. Was really happy to pick these up from Colin aka Potent951turbo

I have turbo brakes to go on it so it'll get an alignment me in a few weeks. I've thought the back end looks high but it doesn't seem to have much rake. Might be because the tires are a touch taller in the rear. I think they're 245/50 instead of 245/45. I'll get all that sorted this winter when I redo the suspension. Should be fun adjusting the torion bars. I was actually thinking, since I have to replace the shocks, just get the ones with coil overs and ditch the torsion bars all together so I don't have to worry about it.
