No more 944 or 951? WTF I was hoping they might have a 924 carrera GT and I guess they won't have any of my favorite cars. One of the main reasons I got into forza was because of the 914 and 951.
I'm a little irritated by this. Good job EA.

I was hoping for the 914 and 944 Turbo again, but ohh well. There's little in Porsche's current arsenal that isn't out classed by other like priced cars. I say we all boycott the next installment of Shift just to show them it's not who has Porsche in their games but how much fun and how realistic the games are.

I also wanted to vent my frustration on the topic here, but didn't want to be the one to start the thread, lol. I was first in denial when I heard Porsche was not going to be in Forza 4, but then read it on a credible site and just got annoyed with the situation. Even Porsche is not happy with EA's decision to hoard the licensing agreement. I felt a little better knowing RUF is in, but I still won't be able to drive my 951 around (angry face).
I've also jumped on the EA boycot, not that I buy games so often that it'll make a difference. Oh and to make you feel a little better, it is my understanding Microsoft has exclusive rights to the Ferrari license... I doubt you'll see any little red Italian cars running around in EA's next racing game.

Yeah EA pulled the license back after forza 3. It sucks, but then im used to it as i've been a gran turismo fan since the first and none have had anything except for RUF's. Which is stupid, I really wanted the 924/44/68 in GT5.
If EA would remake Porsche Unleashed in a modern engine, then i would be ok with the situation.
