The cables and connections are good. The battery is brand new, 3 days old, and even went back to the store to have it tested and its 100% fine! Im stumped... outside of ingition switch?

Your ignition is likely fine.
The safest and easiest thing to check is the Grounds. Mainly the Bell Housing Ground, and Battery Cable Main Ground. Make sure they are clean and tight.
There are dangers involved..,... But have you tried Jumping the Solenoid? This bypasses the ignition.. However this is generally done with a screw driver; and with our cars it requires you to lay underneath.. This can be dangerous...

What is the easiest way to get to these grounds?
Also, I know the starter is good.. so what would I be testing by jumping the solenoid? Thanks pnbell!

As for jumping the solenoid: you are bypassing both the Ignition and Solenoid. If this works it may be the Solenoid.
It is possible for some reason your Starter it hung up on something... Have you tried removing the Starter, then re-installing it, and trying to start it.? (you said it worked once after the parts store test)

I cleaned all battery connections and ground near battery.
Yes it worked one time after reinstalling it but only once, still no start. I found a writeup to clean the ground on thebellhousing but i can see it and it looks real clean. There are very little to no corroded parts on this car that i have found. I think its gotta be that ignition switch

2 questions - do other electrical things, like headlights work? Maybe it's a battery connection problem (I've seen that before).
Second, are you sure you're getting 12v to the solenoid lead at the starter? Might you have forgotten to connect it, or did the wire get damaged?

Van: yes everything else electric works perfect as it should. Everything is plugged into starter correct also since ive taken it off a few times haha.
I took a few hours tonight and cleaned all connections to and from battery, starter, and alternator, as well as the 2 grounds on the bellhousing/near the battery. all were already solid but i sanded them down to make sure it was bare metal on metal. battery reads 12.7 volts, starter passed inspection at autozone under their machine, and i get the same result when I start the car with the key in the ignition as when I jumper the 2 wires on starter together. I was trying to bypass the ignition switch to ensure that that is indeed what is the problem (although I plan to replace it anyways regardless).
Sounds as if the plunger sticks out and spins, but maybe not far enough to engage flywheel? I'm not positive what it should sound like.. but here is what ive got..

I did not try to turn it over by hand, but I can try when I get home tonight. I am pretty sure it would though because if I roll the car down my driveway and pop the clutch the car starts right up and drives fine. Just can't start it. I am really stuck and running out of ideas guys

It really seems like your Starter Bendix is Jammed... Like it is not popping out to engage the Flywheel...
The Solenoid sounds strong (that loud Click), so i would not question the ignition system too much.
only the first video worked for me, but i did not hear anything spin... only the Solenoid Click
